Reciprocal Moorage Program

Vancouver Island is home to some of the best cruising and fishing grounds in British Columbia; with our Reciprocal Moorage Program, you can enjoy the freedom to travel up and down the Island without having to pay for moorage at every stop along the way. All OBMG annual moorage customers qualify for our Reciprocal Moorage Program, which allows you to moor your boat at any of our four strategically located marinas free of charge!

In addition to Oak Bay Marina, OBMG has three more marinas located on Vancouver Island:

The following conditions apply for our Reciprocal Moorage Program:

  • Available to annual moorage customers at all Oak Bay Marine Group marinas with a current valid annual moorage contract. You will be asked to confirm your moorage status by providing your name, slip number, the name of your home marina, and phone number at the time of reservation.
  • Reservations can be made a maximum of 7 days from the first night of moorage and a highly recommended
  • Availability is at the discretion of the marina manager.
  • A maximum of three nights of free moorage per visit. A “visit” is defined as a moorage night within a 7-day period. No annual limit on visits.
  • Additional moorage for any visit may be available for purchase at the appropriate daily or monthly rate. Inquire at the time of reservation.

Pedder Bay RV Resort & Marina
Nestled in nature, Ladysmith Marina is located on the east coast of Vancouver Island in the pleasant town of Ladysmith, an hour north of British Columbia’s capital city, Victoria, and ten minutes south of the Nanaimo Airport.
Ladysmith Marina
One of southern Vancouver Island’s best ports for sailing and boating around BC’s Gulf Islands, the US San Juan Islands, and beyond. The marina is in Sidney’s Shoal Harbour—a migratory bird sanctuary only 20 minutes from Victoria, with plenty of customer parking.
North Saanich Marina
We acknowledge and respect that the land on which we gather is the traditional territory of the Coast and Straits Salish Peoples. Specifically, we recognize the Lekwungen peoples known today as the Songhees and Esquimalt Nations whose historical relationship to the land continues to this day.
